DELIVERY INFORMATION
Delivery costs are calculated based on delivery address and product weight, and will be confirmed during the checkout process.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will be sent an email including a link to track your order and a separate email with a link to download a copy of the invoice.
UK Delivery
We aim to process and dispatch all orders, received before 1.30pm, the same day (Monday-Friday) but please allow 2 to 4 days for delivery.
Worldwide Delivery
Please allow up to 7 to 10 working days for delivery.
CHRISTMAS DELIVERY INFORMATION
With the festive season fast approaching, please take note of our warehouse schedule to help you plan ahead and ensure you’re fully stocked for your 2026 projects.
Orders will be processed during the normal operating hours mentioned below. The delivery of your order will depend on the shipping method selected. To ensure pre-Christmas delivery, we encourage you to place your order by 1:30PM on Monday 22nd December and select the 'Courier - Next Day' delivery service.
Warehouse Christmas Opening Times
RETURNS
You are entitled to return an order, by notifying us within 14 days of receipt, at sales@insertsdirect.com quoting the order number and your reason for your return. You then have 14 days, from the date of notification, to return the parts back to us for a full refund being aware that you are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods. This cancellation policy does not affect your statutory rights, when we are at fault, for example, if goods are faulty or wrongly described.
Important: Any goods returned should be in a saleable condition.
These terms apply to your order, we may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future and none of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

- Open on 29th December 8.30am until 4.30pm
- Closed from 30th December until 1st January
- Open as normal from 2nd January
