Heatfit Inserts

Our brass Heatfit Inserts are designed to create strong, durable threads in thermoplastics, plastic injection mouldings and 3D printed components. Available in both headed and unheaded versions, these inserts are suitable for heat or ultrasonic installation across a wide range of engineering and plastic assembly applications.

For optimum installation results, use a dedicated Heatfit Installation Machine. Precise temperature control ensures the insert is heated correctly, allowing it to bond securely within the plastic while helping to reduce the risk of component damage caused by uncontrolled heating.
