Multifit - Unheaded - Regular - M2.5

Unheaded Multifit Regular inserts are multi-purpose brass threaded inserts designed for a wide variety of industrial applications in plastic injection mouldings. Their defining feature is the external barb form, which provides excellent material flow characteristics during installation and delivers high pull-out performance across thermoplastics.

Suitable for both hot and cold installation methods—including press-fitting, heat insertion, or ultrasonic techniques—the same insert can achieve enhanced retention simply by changing the installation process.

The knurled barb and precision location spigot ensure accurate alignment in drilled or moulded holes, promoting a square, consistent fit. The Regular length is ideal where maximum engagement and strength are required in thicker plastic components.
